“I moved into Gallery Flats six months ago and have been very happy with my decision. My apartment is modern, offers ample storage, and includes solid, reliable appliances. I use the exercise room, bike storage, community room, underground parking, and the green space between the two buildings, all of which are well maintained and convenient. The office staff—Lisa and Alex—have been consistently welcoming and helpful. I often stop by the office to chat and have met several neighbors in this way. I appreciate living in an area with active pedestrian traffic and have enjoyed being able to walk to the library, the performing arts center, and even my barber. Hopkins is also a hub for five bike paths, making it easy to bike or walk toward Minneapolis or out to surrounding suburbs. Looking ahead, the new light rail line scheduled to open in 2027 will be another major benefit. Gallery Flats is close to the Downtown Hopkins Station, and I’m excited to take advantage of the new rail service once it opens.”
